Yes, and we take it seriously. A host is with the group from pickup to drop-off, we visit every property before an evening goes up, and safety details come with every booking.

Sometimes. It depends on the place and the season. Some evenings it's a fire pit, some it's a terrace or a lakeside. The circle happens either way.
